This station is primarily a scientific outpost with a light manufacturing wing to process materials sourced from the deeper Omegas.
Once construction is complete, docking will be open to all parties who respect Zoner protocols and local safety rules.

Ah, one of the science types I like you boys always making fun toys.
Pardon the initial gruffness in these parts you can never be to careful with your neighbors. Yeah you can stay, I was worried it was some rabble-rousers trying to start trouble in the system (not that there is much of a shortage out here to begin with). You do what you need to do doc and when you are good and ready I expect Congress Transponders to be given full access. Additionally, if you need any assistance with supplies we would only be to happy to assist.

As for docking rights, we’re entering the final phase of construction and will open the station to all very soon. A zoner broadcast will follow once access goes live.
