[PoB Model] Infinite docking animation on Tower Station Core 4 Model

Bug: When docking a Freighter on a Core 4 Tower Station model, If you let the ship dock by F2, you enter an infinite loop animation.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Go to Rock (O47) while flying a Freighter
  
• Step 2 Dock via F2
  
• Step 3 See animation
