Bug: Omega-55 listed in ZoI instead of Liberty factions

• Open game or DarkStat
  
• Look for "Omega-55" in faction ID descriptions
  
• See that it is listed as ZoI of factions that probably should not have it

These were removed from the mod ID infocards in 1a1edc5b but I think the server overrides need updating
