Don't ask how I got this frequency.

What's important to know is business. I represent a certain large-scale enterprise you've interfered with in a red-hot system. And they're interested in peace.

The Military may have beaten you back, but we figure you people will try again. And the Military only has so many ships. Or maybe you'll just sneak a bomb on, who knows. The point is, we're willing to pay for some quiet here. Now, a cash transfer will rouse a lot of suspicion from certain higher powers, so I have an alternative. My client does in-house arms development. High-grade stuff, but the Military doesn't seem to want a few of our leftover projects. And nobody really keeps track of them, you get my drift?
