Missing weapons?

Is it just me or is the Roc bomber missing weapons at some of its mounting points?

Well, it's essentially an Eagle with torp tubes, isn't it? Take a look at the Stiletto: it has an obvious mount for a turret, in the same place as a Dagger, but is a 6/0 HF...

FL hardpoints don't make sense:P

Also count the number of hard points on a Sabre. It has about 5 unused hard points.
Also, interestingly enough, the Stiletto doesn't use its' turret mount, but the mk 2 Stiletto, the Switchblade does.
