Name: Rowan Hamilton
Ship Name: SWM|-Derby (destroyed being replaced)
Activity Log:
I was attempting to grapple with a larger piece of salvage in the Huddersfield in Leeds. As I maneuvered the arms to begin cutting through the pieces another large piece of refuse collided with us from behind severely damaging the engines and rendering the vessel dead in the water I am so glad D.S.E. Has been paying so well for this salvage just paid off the damned ship. Guess I am back in the market again.
Note-to-self: Reach out to Med Force Enterprises to express gratitude.
'ere so I've had a wee gander around the smog clouds in Leeds. [chesty coughing ensues for a few moments] lots o' potential out there. Ol' Bessy has taken a beatin' but she can handle it. What a machine she is. Tha' curves, engine plumes and oh how can I forget tho' saucy wee pods. Eh, she's the bird for me. Oh aye, where was I? Ah ye, so I took a gander. Found the toxicity levels are only mildly in tha' threat to life cat. But ay, never a job we can't handle, aye? Mi' need some more o' those special suits ye gave me, bossman, I had an idea cookin' that they'll look better sleeveless. Let me just tell you, eh, not quite protected as ye once were. But the ladies at that station I stopped in, oh they loved me. Ah sayin' tha' ah should probably have washed the toxins off, aye? Nah, they'll be grand. Maybe just don't go back for a while, eh? Better safe than sorry as me ma' used to say! Oh aye, by the way, may be needin' some time away soon. Lost a game o' Hangman's Shuffle and some o' those Corsairs want me head. Can you believe that, eh? Anyway, best be off, they might want their neural links back, eh. [the muffled sound of fingers trying to find the disconnect button can be heard]

Activity Log: While bringing Toxic Waste to Sprague for processing, I ran into a regular in Bretonia, a Pirate by the name of Waste.of.Ammo. After a small chat, he decided to become our first financial investor! He invested 350,000 Credits below are the recordings from the receiver. I will be using this to upgrade the recently purchased SWM|-Pitsea.

Audio Activity Log: This isn't a report so much as a log entry. After the previously mentioned donation I went to Freeport 6 Auction Office where I met a man auctioning a ship. Said its a real luxury and offered to sell it to me before the auction for 150,000 Credits. Claims its a super high end vessel that is normally millions of credits on the Luxury Markets of Kusari. Has significantly larger cargo hold than what we had previously which should allow us to move more salvage easier. I am on my way back to Bretonia, passing through Leeds now. Unfortunately it seems for the time being the plan to get our hands on IMG vessels with Arms to allow us to grapple with larger salvage will have to be put on hold due to the need to thaw relations I didn't expect would be so...
Attention: Particulate matter detected Gas Harvesting System has moved to "Stand By" mode
Uh...that's weird...I'll have to get back to this recording later...what...
Audio Activity Log: Picking up where my last message left off I need to fill in some background information. I admit Science was not my strong suit in Secondary School so bear with me as I attempt to explain something I am not remotely qualified to explain having only about an hour of neural-net research under my belt.
Firstly, the vessel I purchased is a Samura K30 "Kin" Kusari Civilian Freighter. It seems, this vessel is specially equipped to harvest small amounts of Helium-3 from the clouds of Kusari. Now, it doesn't take a Astrologist to known that Bretonia isn't exactly dripping with Helium-3, or any non- water/ice clouds for that matter. I assume, given the lack of these vessels in Bretonia and the lack of clouds that these vessels would commonly pass through no one really ever had something occur like I did. It seems, the same intake systems that can be used to harvest Helium-3 can also be used to harvest the smog in Leeds. This...could be a seismic shift in the future of cleaning Leeds, as this has been a task that has plagued Bretonia far longer than I have been alive.
I will need to look into this more, but I have to find more educated minds to review the scientific data this ship is spitting out. One thing I could deduce is that the particulate filters, which I assume are designed to keep particles like small asteroids from taking up excess space in the hold, need replacing soon be that because they were not changed by the previous owner or as a result of the smog I am not sure. Perhaps a missive to Samura may be in order. Maybe they can shine some light on this ships capabilities.
Eh, bossman. I'm in a wee pickle. [deafening sirens can be heard blaring in the background] I wa' out Cambridge way off the beaten track, eh. Ran into a spot o' bother wi' an unknown ship. It were big an green, purple flashes comin' out tha' damn filthy bas'ard. Ol' Betsy is feelin' the hurt, sure ah can see vacuum through a few o' these holes. There's a blue light outside, ah can 'ear summin on Bessy, crawlin' around and the like, eh? [spluttered coughing starts, you deduce that Mac is coughing up liquids, possibly blood] Ah need some 'elp, sharpish, eh? Tha... It got me good. I'm not ready to join ma' an da', you understand? I ain't been a good man but ah wanted to turn over the the tea leaf, aye? This wer me shot at redempting my soul. Eh, didn't think it would come ta this. I'm out Cambridge, Newcastle field, ye? Was just tryin' to get to the New Londo' jump hole, but I dunno where ah've drifted to now, eh. [more coughing can be heard, Mac's words become more slurred] Eh boss, ya were the only one to gimme a chance out in the... the vacuum. Ah was on me las' chance and ye know what, I regret what ah'd done, aye? The blue, it's gettin' brighter. Come get me bossman, ah'm scar... [the sirens continue blaring as the sound of a man slumping to the deck can be heard, shallow breathing continues until the comm cuts out suddenly]
