Michael Specter here, formerly with ALG Waste Disposal at Dortmund Station. Since losing my position when the station was scuttled, I've been working independent transport contracts. I'm interested in acquiring one of your Bulwark-class vessels.
The transition to independent work has been challenging but profitable. My background handling hazmat at ALG has proven valuable with clients who require discretionary shipping solutions. These contracts often involve routes through areas where standard transports aren't adequate for the job.
What I need now is a ship that can handle the demands of this kind of work - something tough enough for dangerous routes, with enough firepower to discourage pirates, and the cargo capacity to make the runs profitable. From what I've heard, your Bulwarks fit that description perfectly.
I've managed to save up some credits from recent contracts, and this investment would help me expand into more lucrative work. Could you provide information on availability and pricing? I'd appreciate hearing back from you when convenient.

Prezado Sr. Specter,
My name is Pantalião Vascoguoncellos, Agent for Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing, and I will be handling this communication. Apologies for the delay, it seems one of the relays with your chosen station is not entirely updated and the communications terminal registered it as old Gallic Royal Navy code. Not all that good, you’d agree.
Forgive me for the curiosity - and it is genuine curiosity, since I know Halifax plays to a good few interesting characters and interesting parties - but I would ask what the nature was for these contracts and duties given? An independent contractor such as yourself, not aligned with the Junkers at Trafalgar, is interesting indeed.
As to the ship itself, the Bulwark is a fine vessel. We have one, ready for deployment, at Holman from a previous employee who has had to take a leave of absence. Moving Uranium from LD-14 is dangerous work, especially when the idiots there don’t properly seal their containers and the cargo bay needs decontamination from it. The vessel itself is armed and indeed ready with, in addition to standard shields, secondary propulsion, and countermeasures…
* 1 x DRDD-M9 Voidstorm Turret * 2 x RK-89 Breacher Plasma Cannon * 3 x Basic Battlecruiser Turret * 1 x Docking Module
Considering its ready status, aside from the decontamination and pre-sale inspections which are being conducted at Holman, I would think the ship to be ideal for someone of your particular situation. Consider the price to be 18.000.000 cr.
I look forward to hearing back from you, Senhor Specter.
After Dortmund was scuttled, I stayed in Rheinland running salvage operations - cleaning up battle debris in Stuttgart, hazmat recovery in the borderlands. My ALG connections helped secure cleanup contracts, but it was clear the steady employment days were over.
The Omegas offered better opportunities - supply contracts to Freeport 1 in Omega-3, mining support runs, eventually expanding to riskier but better-paying routes to Freeport 5 in Omega-41. Hazardous assignments, but they paid well and introduced me to IMG activities that would prove valuable later.
Moved into Leeds after the Gallic devastation - salvage operations, module assembly, helping construct Halifax Freeport from whatever wreckage we could make serviceable. Chaotic and risky business, but it established valuable connections and a foothold in Bretonian space.
Those connections eventually led to steady IMG contracts in the Taus - supporting their mining ventures with cargo that standard haulers won't touch. Recently finished supplying Falkland Base in Tau-37 with munitions and power generation components. Volatile work, but it pays accordingly.
Which brings me to your Bulwark offer. 18 million is more than I'd hoped to spend, but I understand the market for these vessels. I can arrange the funding - send me the transfer details and I'll coordinate pickup from Holman Outpost once it's ready.

Prezado Sr. Specter,
Thank you for your response. Your support of IMG and the Zoners of Freeport 1 is appreciated, though I am unsure if I should thank you or scorn you for helping to build Halifax itself. A freeport it may be, but a good port…that remains well to be seen. Though, after communicating with sources in Rheinland and the Omegas, I can say that we are satisfied with the issue. Your employment records with ALG were hard to track down, Senhor Specter.
Please transfer the 18.000.000 cr to account Akutan.
I look forward to hearing back from you, Senhor Specter.

Prezado Sr. Specter,
The transfer has been confirmed and I have sent the ownership codes by secure line. If you have any issues, by all means call. Thank you for your business.
