My name is Rachel Snyder and I am the Contract Chief for Universal Shipping.
The corporation just had a major change in leadership with a new president, Mr. Bill Wagner, and vice president, Ms. Amy Reybern. We have been excited to rebuild Universal Shipping to the top logistics faction in all of Sirius!
Under previous leadership, they thought it wise to sell many assets to make it appear that Universal was still drawing a profit - to include many ships within our fleet. We are contacting you to begin discussions of rebuilding our stock. We are looking for:
5X Liberty Supertransports - Mastadon Series
10X Liberty Heavy Transports - Bison Series
15X Liberty Transport - Mammoth Series
25X Liberty Civilian Freighter - Rhino Series
We have ships in reserves to deliver any necessary components required for your crews at Baltimore Shipyard to begin work on building these ships. We will be in touch!

Good evening, Ms. Snyder.
Amy Prime here, DSE’s new CEO, though at this rate I’m starting to think the title should be “Chief Firefighter” with how many transition issues I’m stamping out every day. Still, rebuilding fleets is far more pleasant work than rebuilding my executive board’s sense of scheduling, so let’s get to it.
First off congratulations to President Wagner and Vice President Reybern. A leadership shift that actually inspires movement in Universal Shipping? That’s something Sirius hasn’t seen in a while. If you’re serious about putting USI back on top, then you’ve come to the right dock.
Now, regarding your order:
5× Liberty Supertransports Mastodon Series
10× Bison-class Liberty Heavy Transports
15× Mammoth-series Liberty Transports
25× Rhino-class Civilian Freighters
That is a substantial reconstruction effort and exactly the kind of contract Baltimore Shipyard was built for.
Your willingness to supply reserve components is going to help more than you know. With the production schedules already stretched thanks to a few other major clients and half my department heads still adjusting to the idea that I read every requisition myself, having your materials incoming will let us clear a full lane on the assembly grid.
A few notes to streamline things:
- All hulls will be made available for pickup directly at Baltimore Shipyard.
We won’t be dispatching delivery crews, not with the current workload, but your pilots will be able to accept each vessel immediately upon completion and inspection.
- We’ll need your component manifests ahead of time.
Just to avoid any surprises during assembly. The Mastodon frames in particular get fussy if we’re mixing old-series parts with updated fittings.
- Once we receive your supply schedule, I’ll finalize the production order.
Even with all the chaos that comes with a new CEO badge pinned to my jacket, I make sure ship construction doesn’t wait on paperwork.
Looking forward to working with Universal Shipping during this new chapter. It’s about time your fleet matched your ambitions again.
Amy Prime

Baltimore Office “Right cargo, right place, right time ,or I start yelling.”
We understand the ask that we are putting in for DSE. Your shipbuilders are always trustworthy and, as a partner in Liberty, we are happy to assist in this project as much as possible.
We have received your report of required supplies. We will acquire:
If Baltimore runs out of any required commodities between now and then, please shoot us a line and we'll go grab it.
Thank you and your crews for spearheading this endeavor. Once we have re-acquired our fleets, we look forward to happier shareholders and increased partnerships between our two great organizations. Thank you!
We have completed delivery of the required commodities. We understand your crews are already hard at work with the smaller models getting their commissions already! We are excited to finally place our new hires into ships of their own instead of hoteling our ships. It gives our maintenance crews a chance to catch up on repairs and scheduled maintenance.
We have sent you a secured packet of our delivery reports but if you require the packet in this communication, please let us know.
Thank you again and we look forward to our continued partnership!
