Incoming Transmission Liberty Security Force
External Threat Division
Senior Agent Excelsus
Evening,
Senior Agent Excelsus, LSF in the External Threat Division.
I'll cut the pleasantries, as I don't like them all too much. Reading the reports from Interspace's finance division, it seems you've taken the lesson from Omicron Zeta to heart. I assume your A.I.s are secure, now.
Upcoming LSF concerns present a severe threat to lives. I don't like killing my men. I think an A.I. pilot could handle this mission in the place of a human, bringing the guaranteed losses down to zero.
All we need is a singular program able to control a Hegemon-class mining ship well enough to avoid destruction and fire an onboard weapon. Ideally, a method to not completely write off the A.I. itself would also be nice, but isn't mandatory. If it performs well, I can recommend the Directorship to take a more lenient stance on Core A.I. technology within House Liberty, especially concerning military use. I'm certain your shareholders would enjoy that.
And, hopefully needless to say, this transmission is classified. Do not keep records, if the transaction goes down, we'll write a cover letter for your records.
With Liberty and Justice for all,
Excelsus,
Senior Agent,
External Threat Division
