Bonjour, Allow me to introduce myself. I am agent callsigned Melusine of The Order, lately I am assigned to operate within the Barrier nebula, Taus and Gallic borders in particular. The mission of mine is rather trivial - to watch over the Nomad activity in Brittany and the neighbouring systems and, apart from that as a personal initiative - re-establishing and refreshing the relations between Gallic Intelligence and the Order. Over the course of last few days, I have made contact with several Gallic agents, as well as came into contact with Unione Corse, who invited me to stay in Provence to this day. The concern following the involvement of Corsicans lies in sealed gate which connected Brittany and Provence back in the day. Or rather, I was was contacted by them regarding this matter. Besides that I'm willing and eager to cooperate with the Intelligence itself, offering knowledge and assistance as I have already done upon meeting captain Cyrille Vauban of the Dunois. Hence all that, I would like to request an allowance to operate within Brittany, the northern part of it included. All of my actions are purely of a good will, as well as I am open to comply with the rules you might dictate in regards of the mentioned above. Also I would like to request an allowance of a cloaking device ownership inside Gallia space directly from the National Intelligence. Due to the spicifics of my organisation, a public request to the Permits and Licenses office is undesirable though as I have mentioned I follow the good faith in my presense within Gallic Union. Operative, your proposal has a fair bit of merit, and the GNI is never one to turn away a resources, as such we agree to letting you conduct investigations in Brittany, as long as any information gathered is also given to the GNI. AS such, you'll find that your ship has been allocated a cloaking device allowance in the legal registry. Do not abuse this generous gift, or there will be severe repricussions.
