[Equipment/Infocard] LWB mislabeled as 'Farmers Alliance' under Unioner Allies

This has been left in from the Farmers Alliance/LWB merger.

The Unioners have the Farmers Alliance listed as their allies on their rep sheet. That was originally the LWB, and it should be restored to the LWB.

Additionally, LWB should be rephacked high enough with the Unioners so that Red Hessian NPCs do not immediately set Darmstadt Depot hostile to any Unioners attempting to dock. The LWB are explicitly neutral in the Red Hessian / Unioner conflict, and work with either side on their own terms.

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to the rep sheet tab
  
• Find the Unioners
  
• Check out that slight snag.

Looks like FA got added in 83d2064dc6 from May 2024. But I agree, looking at fc_u_grp's block in initialworld.ini that this should read LWB instead of FA now.
