Bug: Bristol NPC Scans Bristol player demands cargo & goes hostile

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1: Buy High Value Cargo
  
• Step 2: Find Bristol ship convoy in Galileo
  
• Step 3: wait for Scan and Cargo Drop demand
  

Additional Information: I was mining platinum in Galileo, when returning from the mining spot (around the wrecked ship) to Arcetri Station to sell, I was scanned by Bristol ships and had a Cargo demand to drop my payload. I was equipped with a Bristol ID and the ships turned hostile when I refused. Ship convoy was Rheinland Mining Ship, Sunburst and Scraper.
