I am here to report on something crucial. Project "DETEKTIV" was deemed too costly for practical use, but the resources we obtained have been diverted to a more useful purpose.

I've just received word that the previous Kommissaroberrat, "VIPER", has finally returned after being declared MIA for some time and is looking to resume her previous duties.
