A small follow up request to the Roundel perk, seeing as after the original submission, Jammi asked for a fitting RP description to be included with the perk request.
The "Kikkamon" or 16-petal Chrysanthemum in its original version of a golden flower on red background is the symbol of the Imperial Throne of Kusari. Adopted by the new Imperial lineage following the Sakura Coup to cement its legitimacy and draw back to the houses historical pre-Sirian roots, it remains in use to this day.
This altered version of a red Chrysanthemum on pure white background was introduced following the end of the Kusari Civil War to honor the sacrifices and loyalty of those who served the Emperor even in exile. Its usage is strictly reserved to former Exiles still in active duty, members of the Imperial Guard or granted as reward for outstanding performances on duty to personnel among the regular fleets.
