POB docking rights messed up

Can someone please have a look at the POB's docking rights thats messed up

My zoner ships cant dock Freelancer, POB's and visa versa

Order cant dock ALG and visa versa

Zoners can dock and junkers and visa versa and there is more iff's that are involved

they all got enough IFF standing to be good for docking and bases set to allow them to dock but
its not working the last 2 pathces messed this up totally

and i mentioned this in other posts but no seems to answer or reply

and this is getting a bit annoying every time there is a patch the POB's get screwed over

either by corruption and losing every thing you made or problems with the docking

Can someone please investigate ?

i even redid the whitelist like clear and set it up again still no other iff's can dock on any of those bases except their own iff

i tested more iff's ships on those bases nada

If you want it looked into you're gonna have to specify POB in question and an example ship which you believe should be able to dock
