Short Biography:
Born in the industrial districts of New London, Edward Campbell was raised in a household where hard work was not encouraged, it was expected. His father served as a refinery foreman, his mother an orbital fabrication welder. From an early age, Edward understood that Bretonia’s strength was forged not in parades or speeches, but in foundries and asteroid belts.
At nineteen he signed on with BMM as a maintenance apprentice, quickly transferring into extraction crews after demonstrating a natural aptitude for precision mining under pressure. The economic strain following increased industrial demand saw him move into independent contracting, where he spent over a decade navigating the dangerous debris fields of Leeds and Manchester.
Hawthorne developed a reputation for reliability, never abandoning a cargo hold, never breaking contract, and never engaging in unlawful dealings. Now seeking stability and a greater purpose than independent contracts provide, he applies to Resolution Heavy Works to lend his experience to a unified Bretonian industrial effort.
