With immediate effect, the 8th Exploratory Fleet is to be rebranded as the 8th Reconnaissance Fleet.
8th Reconnaissance Fleet is to reinforce the Planet Harris Minefield to a pre-war state, and augment defences as deemed fit with the additional construction of defence platforms.
HMS Collingwood, with warships HMS Naseby, HMS Ayr, and HMS Midland as escorts are to form the 13th Command Fleet, and are to take up station several klicks from Holman Outpost. Efforts are to be made to maintain a close eye upon IMG activity and assist with the reinforcing of forward elements at Scalpay Outpost.
9th Counter Fleet is to begin receiving, and ensuring the safe transport of, explosives and other materiel necessary for the deployment of a minefield within the Tau-23 system surrounding Scalpay Outpost, and preparations are to be made to rig the Tau-23 Jump Gate with explosives as a last-resort move to delay any potential Gallic advance.
