However, It would appear from your message that you wish to be a participant instead? I'm afraid Tanegashima preliminaries are limited to Newport area locals only, and then only limited to residents of Tanegashima Station, or regulars with a long-term stay permit.

Mizuha is confused. You must know this is a Sigma Systems food competition? To compete as an outsider, please register with the organisers on Luxury Liner Hawaii, with a team or solo chef champion recorded to have reached the finals in your local Shikoku preliminary Food Wars Tournament, if such is available.

It would appear all recorded Shikoku chefs have previously competed on Osaka Station, instead.
