I told you it would be very soon, comrades.
I will cut straight to business. We share much in common, both in the nature and aim of our revolutionary struggles, and in overlapping material realms of interest. The Sigmas offer a unique battleground in which we could both help each other greatly, frustrating keiretsu and Rheinland's conglomerates alike, as well as countering Corsair and Outcast influence. Additionally, we can, through the Order especially, coordinate a larger front against the alien menace that threatens both of our homes. And of course, there is the matter of material and organizational support we can bring about.
Regardless, I would like to work towards formalizing our relationship soon. Let me know sooner than later if you share this intent, and what else you may perceive regarding this. Thank you.

"Kobayashi, its good that you've gotten in touch so quickly. Considering the political discourse you observed on the fly, there is still a lot that we must handle with the influx of souls we take in from all over Sirius.
"As we've discussed before, I'm Civil Servant, a commander within the Platform's anarchist paramilitary. And elected vocal representative of the Damnatio Memoriae of Thuringia. The political group of the Blood Dragons has always been a close partner of both ideals of the left wing revolutions across Sirius, and also a stalwart compatriot of the Sinclair-Protocol. I do understand that the Bundschuh and the Dragons once had a history long ago that may have shared battlefields even within our home territories, truly times have changed and these ties certainly need mending.
"It would be best to share our ideals, I could retreieve copies from our libraries or media teams of Bruchsal. I have our Tenets in hard copy form, some outlawed literature, and some in-house developments; Especially the one of 'We want changes: the failure of revolutionary defeatism' of our own Erich Klugmann. "Your cells have been making the news recently, I think its best that I tell you how the mood feels with the greater Bundschuh regarding recent events at the Fujiyoshida Shrine.
"Most of the greater Bundschuh see the attack on religious and charity centers a detriment to the movements goal of generating support and find it hard to accept as a mainstream form of resistance, even if the prominence of those present are the perpetrators of oppression against Sirian social liberation... A few may see it as religious fanaticism.
"You've brought awareness to your cause to the paramilitary, strategically you've pulled off an attack against a high value target, and they're willing to support further action against the state but would need to be evaluated before approval. You will likely be hearing from a few that question your actions, but I assure you they wouldn't put our cells at risk of a fight we can not afford.
"On the other hand I've spent enough time in Kusari to see how deep the nepotism spans from bloodlines with fabricated 'divine rights'. For what business they conduct and how they manipulate religious assembly, I ask those elites why would they risk a child they nurtured in this Void towards basking in authoritarian brutality? If Non-self develops our path towards breaking the cycle, then it can certainly corrupt others into sustaining it, our perception of innocence may not apply everyone else. For now, l can only hope that the Child recovers, with the awareness of what their relatives conduct around them, and a resistance to their oppressive values.

It's making news rather quickly isn't it?
Our affiliated newspaper released an article on the affair. I admit, Nezumi-45's words and motivations are unseemly and almost alien to many outsiders, but their activities represent an oft-neglected front in our war: The spiritual. The far right in Kusari try to exercise a monopoly on influence and doctrine in the sphere of religious affairs, but groups like Nezumi-45 serve to remind these charlatans they cannot sell out the soul of the people without a fight. The intended target, Junpei Katsuherabo, was dispatched, and the secondary target of Taketa Katsuherabo escaped. I can tell you that Nezumi-45 did not mention to their handlers if young Shinobu was a target, and so I presume her injuries are the result of unintended consequences.
You won't necessarily find this gone into too much detail in the newspaper, but the original intent of the operation was a more hidden affair. Apparently, these fanatics were going to try and enter discretely and then do the deed, but security must have noticed something about their behavior that gave them away. It's the consequences of not using Commandos for every job, I suppose. Most members of the PLUs are perfectly expendable enough to throw them at these high-risk, high-profile missions, but they often resemble a Chrysanthemum attack more than one of our surgical strikes.
It really is a shame about the little girl. Not just for her sake, but for how the media will undoubtedly use the tragic injuring to malign revolutionary actions going forward. If children were ever the target, such as when they are subject to that "compromised" state, the far more prudent thing would be to not make it look like we had just murdered a little one in cold blood or left them with horrible wounds. No, that affair is the realm of "accidents" and "regrettable sickness." Only in extreme circumstances can anything like that provide any sort of advantage for the cause.
It seems now the task of the day will be to spin this properly. I'm going to make sure Nezumi-45 understands our expectations going forward on rules of engagement. Not like any of the fools who went to the shrine that day will be around to hear the lectures, though. It is my hope, however, that we can goad the government and these influential clerical clans into using widespread oppressive measures to get at us. The pressure of war with Liberty might make them move with haste, and haste makes waste.
...and I do hope that little girl makes it.
