This is Fort Brass Neural Net link routed via RHNet
This station belongs to and is maintained by the Red Hessian revolutionary movement and is currently administered by the Tartarus cell. Fort Brass is operated jointly by Red Hessian and Tartarus personnel. The station’s primary purpose is to provide a residential settlement for Tartarus personnel, while gradually expanding its role into research and development, resource reclamation from wrecks, and the strengthening of system-wide security. Security protocols aboard the station are enforced rigorously in order to prevent infiltration, espionage, or sabotage by hostile elements.
Access to the installation is granted to members of the Red Hessian movement, Supporters seeking access to Diamant’s docking facilities must first establish contact through RHNet in order to undergo verification and receive proper clearance.
Fort Brass was constructed in 836 A.S. in honor of Lord Commander Markus Brass. Raised through the determination of those who refused to yield, the station stands as a lasting testament to the resilience of its builders and their enduring unity with the Red Hessian revolutionary movement.
Researchers and scientists brought from Vespucci do not belong on the front lines. Their talents are too valuable to be squandered in the chaos of battle. For that reason, Fort Brass maintains specialized facilities designed to accommodate them and fully harness their expertise. Within the depths of the Omegas lie phenomena that defy conventional understanding, singularities, gravitational distortions, and anomalies that seem to bend the very laws of nature. These strange occurrences are carefully catalogued, observed, and studied by the station’s research teams in an effort to unravel the secrets behind their existence.
Some of these anomalies may be remnants of ancient cosmic events, while others appear to behave in ways that modern science has yet to explain. To Tartarus, however, they represent opportunity. If even a fraction of their mysteries can be understood, the knowledge gained could revolutionize military development, propulsion systems, and deep-space technologies. What begins as observation may one day become innovation, and innovation, in the hands of Tartarus, can reshape the balance of power in the region. Fort Brass is not merely a refuge for scientists, it is a forge where curiosity, necessity, and ambition converge to turn the unknown into advantage.
SALVAGE & RECLAMATION
Salvaged materials undergo reclamation through specialized machinery designed to extract and restore valuable components and technology from damaged or abandoned vessels. What others discard as wreckage is carefully processed and repurposed within Fort Brass.
Recovered systems, alloys, and technology are catalogued and stored within the station’s heavily secured vaults, preserved for future deployment by the Red Hessians. Through reclamation, the remnants of past battles are transformed into the tools of future victories.
For the worst of the enemies of the Hessians, it is considered rather unfortunate to find oneself detained within Fort Brass. Decades of experience in psychology and the breaking of human will are wielded by highly trained officers, whose methods are often reinforced through the liberal use of chemical agents capable of reducing even the strongest mind to an artificial stupor. Yet interrogation is only part of what awaits the prisoners held here.
There are the fighting pits. A brutal spectacle designed to feed the darker instincts of those who watch. Prisoners deemed resilient enough are forced into the arena, where survival becomes the only currency left to them. Those who remain unbroken are made to fight, often to the death, for the chance to live another day.
Those considered valuable for the information they possess are neither executed nor granted any hope of escape. Instead, they are subjected to daily interrogations where trained officers employ a variety of psychological and physical methods designed to slowly erode their resistance. Once the interrogators believe the prisoner has been sufficiently weakened, they are returned to the holding cells among the rest of the detainees. There, carefully planted rumors and fabricated stories are allowed to spread, fostering mistrust and hostility between the prisoners. Suspicion grows, alliances collapse, and isolation does the work that interrogation alone cannot. Over time, even the strongest wills begin to fracture and knowledge finds its way to the interrogators.
Within Fort Brass, resistance rarely survives for long and few leave unchanged.
RESEARCHERS & EXPLORERS
Researchers and explorers who seek to study the depths of the Omegas are welcomed at Fort Brass. The station offers accommodations, supplies, and logistical support in exchange for the information and data gathered during their expeditions.
Observations, scans, recovered artifacts, and navigational records are carefully catalogued upon their return. The knowledge brought back from these dangerous regions often contributes directly to the research programs operating within the station and helps unravel the many mysteries that still linger within the Omegas.
Fort Brass’ logistics division manages all incoming and outgoing traffic through the station. Commodities, recovered materials, personnel transfers, and detainee transport are carefully monitored to maintain the steady flow of resources required to sustain Tartarus operations. The department coordinates import and export activity across the Omegas, ensuring valuable materials reach the station while surplus resources are redistributed through Tartarus’ trade network.

Individuals seeking access to the laboratories of Fort Brass may contact station administration through Neuralink on the RHNetwork. Requests will be reviewed, and access granted only to those deemed useful to Tartarus research efforts.
The administration of Fort Brass regularly issues operational assignments that may be accepted by station personnel or independent freelancers operating within the region. These missions serve the needs of Hessians or Tartarus operations across the Omegas and are divided into four primary categories:
Elimination Missions: Destroy the assigned targets and recover any surviving pilots. Captured individuals must be delivered to Fort Brass for interrogation and detention.
Research / Exploration Missions: Proceed to the designated point of interest identified by Fort Brass administration and conduct a detailed examination of the area. Pilots are expected to collect navigational data, anomaly readings, or other relevant findings. All results must be documented and reported back to Mission Control.
Logistics & Transport Missions: Deliver designated commodities to Fort Brass. Goods highlighted by station administration will have adjusted purchase prices for the duration of the mission to ensure successful delivery.
Espionage Missions: Conduct covert surveillance of designated locations of interest, often guarded or hostile. Intelligence gathered on enemy activity must be documented and reported back to Mission Control.
Each mission carries a monetary reward and grants operational points to the pilot upon completion. These points may later be exchanged for valuable assets, including large credit payouts, CODENAME weaponry, scientific data, or even ships recovered through Tartarus reclamation programs.
Access to these missions is granted exclusively to registered pilots.
