Quick question - Deep Omegas

Hello,

I've been to the Deep Omegas a few times but I haven't managed to find a more reliable way to go there again instead of hopping with other people. To be honest, I have no idea how to and I really want to explore these systems again.
So if you would kindly explain to me how to access the Deep Omegas, if it requires a JD or not, if there are JHs to these systems (and where, and if they work like the JH things in Earhart) if it is indeed the case, like, set points that change day after day, don't know how to explain this one better, and maybe other things of note that you might find useful to share...
