It was quite profitable the last time for both sides, so we are hoping for a similarly delightful outcome.

The Liberty Navy Quartermaster's office would like to take you up on your offer. It is our job to procure supplies and material for the Fleet. Lately, as I am sure you have heard, there has been some disruptions to Sirius-wide supply chains. In order to circumvent these inconveniences, having friends such as yourselves is of distinct interest to my office.
As such, I would like to propose a special procurement relationship: Should there be material that the Navy needs to acquire discretely at a rapid pace, your organization may be among those contracted to perform delivers of said material. The nature of the material and the destination of deliveries is negotiable, but in general we would expect them to be covert materials and delivered to Norfolk Shipyard. We would of course expect any missions given to you to be confidential in nature and shared to no other third parties.
If the above arrangement is acceptable to you, I can assign you a contractor number and give you the proper clearances to begin work.

We have certainly heard about these interruptions in the Sirius-wide supply chains. Furthermore, we have witnessed the aggressions from the Kusari against Libertonian vessels during the last few months. All of this is quite unsettling and will surely lead only to escalation.
As I always said back in the days, in our line of work it is good to have friends of high rank and questionable allegiance alike. It ensures that decisions are made and supplies are moved - perhaps through questionable methods of acquisition, yes, but assuring a steady flow nonetheless.
We can surely agree on the strict confidentiality of these missions. If you wish, we can happily place the blame on other third parties... let us say, in the mutual interest of our operations.
