I would like to discuss with you about some prospects regarding the refitting of a capital ship that has been put off for way too long due to technical constraints. With your installation, your company's savoir-faire and your expertise, I am sure your help will be very much important in our endeavor.

It is always a pleasure to speak with you. It has been quite some time since we refitted one of your warships, but I have only heard good news of it. So I suppose here it is about a different ship? Please, send me the details of the ship. What I need to know is the class, the shiptype, how much crew it needs to handle, it's supposed combat role and area of operation. Also, are there any products you allready know you want? We can of course always present our products to you if you are unsure.
