It is my understanding that position has been overturned.

And its my understanding that the only "true" Gallic Traders are GMS, EFL, and IDF... All of which [publicly] loyal to the Royalists, meaning they wouldnt violate the isolation.
Only traders I can really see leaving Gallia are Council supply ships, but only after agreements are met with bordering nations (I still believe Liberty and Rheinland are just too far out there to be RPing with at this moment)

Edit: No one should be grabbing a Gallic ship to roam about Sirius with it because its all new and shiny... even if its the rusted Council ships.
