Characters that are not played for 40~ days are removed from the server from inactivity. Try to log your characters in more frequently, and if you are unable to find someone you trust to do it for you.

Just like to add to that, Admins do not compensate you for the losses of your characters and nor do they recover them, except in extreme circumstances. Extreme meaning I don't think I have ever seen it happen.

It is an extreme circumstance for me, that is a lot of hours. Had big exam period here in april and may, had no time :mellow:
