Now where is that dang Cassini jump hole!

Okay, i've recently started a Liberty Rogue character (you may of seen the rp story i've posted) and have run into a little "snag". I can't find the Cassini jump hole, i've looked all around Panua base, in the entire cloud the base is in and in the cloud opposite.

Shouldn't it be moved to be by the Rogue base.

(Oh, please don't say "Go Discover" or say "I wonder where it is aswell")
