I have finally wrestled control of Vicious' site's ftp and gotten the file uploaded and the link to it working.. For the most part.

Since several people asked me to give them a copy of my edited system I've tried to, but some people I don't have on my Xfire list, or they don't have Xfire, making giving them the mod hard. So I tried this approach.

Edited version of Discovery mod. This edited version includes the edited versions of Vespucci and Omicron-74. The Lane Hacker and Zoner Guard systems. It doesn't include commodities, ships, or equipment however as they will be submitted to Igiss via text.

DO NOT ATTEMPT DOWNLOAD WITH FIREFOX. It will freeze the program after giving you a page of symbols, much like pictures do for Firefox. Use internet explorer for it.

You can use the openSP of Discovery with it, I recommend Humboldt if your trying to get to Vespucci, there is a JH there to the system. Use Omicron Theta placing if you intend to get to Omicron-74. I suggest making all faction neutral/friendly while your at it, as guards shoot you.

To Nightfall; if you want your edited version uploaded, find me on Xfire and send it to me and I'll upload it and add a link to the download in this thread.

Dab, is Lockheed Depot supposed to be INSIDE the bloody planet? Other than that, so far it looks good. If its some trick to make me kill myself, you win. I did.

EDIT: none of your people on America base have names or affiliations, except for the outcasts.

Thanx for the hosting offer Dab, but I still need to populate the system, add some rumors, finish the infocards and do some minor fixing I may post it here though if I finish in time:)

The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor

Actually, Lockheed Depot is supposed to be ABOVE the planet.. Altered the Y-axis number to move it upwards. Did you check above it, or did you just try flying into the planet?

Don't know what happened with the NPCs, I'll check on that tonight.

If your talking about the shipyards, I think we have too many battleships for that.. The Freeport, well those are biodomes. Could make for REAL nice parties.:D

Tip: 4 bases in both systems. Try and find them all.

4? And I limited myself to 2 out of courtesy... I have the stupid idea to convert an Outcast Dreadnought into a base...

Sorry Nightfall. That one I KNOW you can't do. (However you got the arch to be obsidian, no idea about that one..)

The Outcast Dreadnaught does not have a base-modal. Only a flyable one. Meaning no weapons, no base hardpoints, no docking bays or mooring points. I don't think you can even insert the flyable modal without crashing FLE or the game when you enter the system.

Igiss said maximum 4, so I made 4. HF paid enough.
