6.20 Attacking traders or demanding cargo is not allowed for cruisers and battleships, unless cruisers and battleship belong to Terrorist ID or Phantom ID owner.

Bounty Hunters Guild Core ID
* Can demand allied pilots, Nomad technology and Nomad specimens from other ships and destroy ships if they refuse to hand them over. Cannot demand credits or other cargo from anyone.
Corsair Guard ID
* Can destroy on sight any ships carrying a non-allied ID within the Omicron Gamma system
The Order Guard ID
* Can demand contraband from, and fine, any ship within their Zone of Influence carrying or using:
o Slaves, human organs, artifacts, cardamine, allied pilots, nomad brains or nomad technology
Outcast Guard ID
* Can destroy on sight any ships carrying a non-allied ID within the Omicron Alpha and Beta system
Zoner Guard ID
* Can demand Zoner pilots from any ship carrying them and can attack if the demand is ignored or refused
I think that should cover your Edgeworld capships...
Artifacts are nomad cargo. So basically core ship will request you to drop it.
On the other side,order will ask tat too, but i think they will try to find other way how to force you to drop it, as destroying you, because they know that all artifact smugglers work for corsairs....
But ship full of artifacts in delta will try tofly trough alaska( i am 100 sure bout that) and there will lsf kill you...

I'm fairly certain that the artifacts have no technological applications, and they certainly aren't pieces of actual Nomad corpses.
While I'm not sure they don't have any technological applications (I always thought some percentage of them did, though not all), I also don't think they'd fall under "nomad technology". If they are meant to be able to demand those, I think it'd be best if the ID was written in a way that was more specific on that matter.
