I think you should poke around gallia a bit more. Junkers are still junkers, even if it's the GRN instead of the liberty rogues who're stuffing credits in their top pocket with a little hair ruffle.

Criminals in gallia still get their supplies from the junkers. And criminals still use junkers as fences to get their stolen goods back in circulation. This is still extremely profitable.

This faction sounds like a navy faction, not in any way like a junker one.

I forget the link but someone posted the Gallic rumors on Junkers and they are pretty much mistrusted as they are in the houses outside Gallia.

Some may have favor with the crown but they are few. There is room to play Gallic Junkers who are still working for the crown though. I have one myself doing this.

I believe the spies were inserted into the Junker organisation, not the other way 'round. The vast majority of Junkers in Sirius are "native" to the region in which they operate. This does not, however, remove the possibility to RP a Gallic spy ring within the faction...but flying Gallic ships might be a bad idea...

of coures junkers are still junkers or what they have become
from what it was oringal as it is suggested this statement

"it is becoming increasingly apparent that Gallia was the birthplace of the Junkers"

i mean yes it does seem like A purely Navy RP
but the ID doesn't give you abilty really leave the Gallic system's
which this would be an advanced scout and assassination team

As an individual junker, sure. As a group of junkers, maybe. Just remember you dont really want to run around advertising you are doing this, junkers in gallia are trying to stay neutral so they can pursue a wide variety of opportunities.

Open attacks against any gallic faction, probably not the best idea. Junkers are not mercenaries. If you want to pursue this exact idea wou may want to switch to a merc ID.

Also the tech use chart states that any junker or generic ID that uses gallic weapons or ships must remain in Gallia for now, so be sure to keep that in mind.

Yeah, that whole article needs to be re-worked really. Additionally, it was written by a player who was not writing it as objectively as I would like. Junkers are neutral in Gallia. Some of them have done work for the crown but just like anyplace else, they are primarily opportunists who prefer to stay out of the majority of conflict and quietly manipulate situations for their own profit.

I am much more comfortable with your clarification in the last paragraph. This seems more in the general behavioral patterns of junkers.
