We need you to do something ASAP, a player called Violator seems to be tired of RP and thus is spamming ooc crap in system chat (vagina, dick in your ass, threeparty etc...) and comes back at manhattan everytime we destroy him, killing everything weak with his missileboat outcast gunboat.

Do something please, we can't do that forever, the bill is starting to get expensive to defend manhattan against this OOC player.
