Well , usually a person is a Revolutionist if they have something they have to change. If you are a general "revolutionist" what would you be fighting for ?
And I think that, while this ID would be good for people who like RP, (I for one could definitely use it) it would be abused by those who just want an excuse to blow up the military and police and such.
Definately needs to be added. And please don't start with the "zomg ppl will blow stuff up" excuse. They already do it. It's called Pirate ID/LN Guard ID. :\
I hadn't really considered a generic Revolutionary ID before, but it is indeed a neat idea. In fact, it paves a road to the creation of a faction that might oppose the governmental policies of more than one house.
I think it would probably come in useful to a minority, and might become more useful as its use is made more clear.
I think, however, that some clarification regarding the parameters of such an ID would be necessary.
"He who has one thousand friends will find he has not a friend to spare, and he who has one enemy will find him everywhere."

That's SCRA's job.
EDIT: But indeed, it would let some ''Independent'' choice in those factions. I'm not saying that you should open the Coalition to indies, but...
