This request is rejected. We find it completely lacking in any genuine medical purpose, but instead, an attempt to traffic a controlled substance threw Kusari for profit. Your grantee that you will not carry more than 5000 units at a time is backhanded at best, as there are no commercially available transport with more than 5000 unit capacity. The ease of this decision was compounded the fact that the said commodity, synthetic Marijuana, is already produced in Baffin, in sufficient quantities for research purposes. If the researchers in Baffin are in need of more, I would expect the TAZ to be making this request.
