Need some Info about Phantoms

Alright, now..I was thinking of making a phantom, cause deep inside me..i'm a maniac..anyhow..I was trying to find some, follow them..get some info..but couldnt find any yet. Then it came to me I can ask in the forums.

Well, I heard that the phantoms were invite only..which made me very sad :(

BUT, arent the phantoms hostile to everyone ? I was thinking of making a char, killing every NPC I see for a few hours..then going to the phantom system..getting a ship and ID..but, I guess it doesnt work like that..so I have to impress the admins for a rep edit.

Another question, how do the Phantoms RP ? I mean..are there any ''nice'' ones, the ones that say ''Hello There, *evil laugh*...or are they all Psycho Maniacs, saying stuff simple as: ''OMG, SOMEONE!..DAI'' *pew pew*

I think the Phantoms are an invite only faction. In other words, you don't go to them, they come to you.

For Phantom rep you need an admin to change it for you, or to be invited into the official Phantom player faction. Although you already know that, might aswell just clear it up now.
From what I know of Phantoms, they are terrorist who come from many different backgrounds. Their stated goals are the destruction of the houses, but the rumors are they have a darker motive.

Basicly, I wouldn't consider trying to make a Phantom character until you know more about them.

The closest thing you would be able to get for the moment would probably be a Xeno.

Edit: Any Phantom saying "OMG, SOMEONE!...DAI! *pew pew* would most likely be expelled from the Phantom role-play for all eternity. They have very complicated and satanic minds, avoid them if your not one of them. They don't hesitate to kill you, no matter what you fly. (I was killed by Zapp in a Whale once)

I wouldn't say problems. I was abit oorp in asking him to stop in oorp. Still, back then I wasn't that good of a role-player.

As I'm practically running the UK server Phantoms, I would like to RP here, to get a feel for what the Phantoms are all about, but I'm having internet troubles so I can't even play Disco.... And I doubt they would be willing to recruit me at all.

Yeah the Phantoms are pretty complicated, they want to see the corrupt houses fall.
Which is pretty sweet.


Some people complain that the Phantoms are a little trigger happy, but I'm all about the RP...

The Phantoms are a pretty cool faction, but as it has been said they are invite only. But here's some info. about them:

I hope those links help. By the way, if you really want to join the Phantoms, it is not impossible. Of course you will need to do a ton of RPing in game and on the forums, but there are plenty of people who are in the Phantoms or have terrorist ID's who are NOT admins or people with special gameplay/forum rights.

Anywho, best of luck to you if you still wish to get into the Phantoms.

To get into the phantoms you need to have excellent role play, honestly I've been wanting in since I started.

Yep its hard to receive an invite, but you can try to role play 3 years or more and maybe you have luck and you receive an invite. :lol:
