6.3 Carrying any unmounted IDs in player ship is prohibited. Transferring or trading IDs is also prohibited. This rule applies to everyone, including faction leaders and server administrators.

Might want to dump that 'spare' ID :rtfm:

and they call it Discovery for a reason:P
