You, as I suspect you must be, are the Freelancer's Guild of Sirius. A Mercenary fleet, I do believe. It has come to my attention that some of your pilots have launched attacks on to those of the KNF. It also has come to my attention that your guild claims that they were paid to do so. A contract, apparently.
Now, that does not concern me. The Bretonians very well may have hired you. That may be, and that is understandable. However... the fact that there is overwhelming evidence that places you to the scene of the attacks with Scythe pilots *does* concern me. After all, you are, by ID, a lawful fleet.
Now, this is a conundrum. You are lawful by definition, and yet, you were allied with a terrorist organization! Please tell me that I am imagining things; the implications would be disastrous.
I am perfectly aware, having a daughter who is a mercenary, that illegal contracts can be accepted. However, a retainer, a permanent association, with an illegal group cannot.
The purpose of this encoded message? On behalf of the Kusari Government, I rightfully demand the bounty information. Should this be in order, then I will apologize profusely. However, if not... we may very well have a problem on our hands.
Also, there was a wonderful FGS pilot in Honshu today, piloting a Liberty Cruiser and attacking both myself and a fellow trader, Bs|Helljumper, without warning. This certainly is not the way of a mercenary, but of a pirate. And if this is an adequate representation of your fleet as a whole, I severely recommend a different ID.

Cordial greetings Madam Ambassador, apologies that our previous meeting resulted in a little damage to your's
and your escort ships. Of course our intentions within Kusari and the other major houses are well known.
While I believe now you are party to our further agenda concerning the 'enlightenment' of the Sirius sector, our
methods for attaining this do not include the use of so called mercenaries.
The FGS, whos status is currently unknown and certainly under serious review, have received no orders or
monetary rewards from our council. These lowlifes seem to change with the wind, or infact which ever side of
the bed they fell out of in the morning. Further investigation has revealed no such contract exists with any body
of consequence.
I am communicating with our supreme commander concerning their actions, as we will probably be subject to
their attentions in the future. Termination will be the probable result.

The Freelancer Guild of Sirius is hereby advised any further reports of unlawful behaviour or conspiracy against the Kusari Empire or its allies may undermine it's reputation to the point of where we declare open hostility. Please think through the implications very carefully.
Recent dialogue with FGS official Ghost Cat indicate it is quite possible for the FGS to become a valued part of the peace-keeping machina (to use the ancient Latin word). This outcome depends on how members of the FGS carry themselves in the next few months.
The actions of each member of the FGS affect the reputation of the group. Similarly all members of the group share the group's reputation. Therefore, if the group's members wish to control their own destiny, as I'm sure they do, they must control each other.
A written apology from FGS leader Supernova for crimes the group has committed would be appropriate and well received.

Nadir, this is AGM Aslorien. The recent attacks Kursari had nothing to do with the rest of FGS, the only member who had committed these actions were Sunburst our GM. The rest of FGS have no intentions at all to attack Kursari. Any orders to do so will be refused and overrun.
As for our GM Sunburst, we are still investigating why he attacked in the first place. As for the written apology, I will see what we can get him to do.

Curious, If FGS so "Lawful" did this SunBurst explain his alliance with HF to damage the LNS-RedBear? The IFF (Identify Friend or Foe) was clearly sending Lawful tags, yet the LNS-RedBear was engaged. Sadly, the LNS-RedBear did not identify his intent until to late and was forced into port due to damage (Tag was white for neutral).
