I don't think this is supposed to happen. I was just barely coming into safety with a banged up ship when I suddenly noticed a fight going on. So I went to the ships tab and noticed that Samurai was being blown to bits by Bounty Hunters.. In fact, any non-player characters who weren't related to Bounty Hunters were getting shot at by the station! After the video ended I un-docked the station and watched as the station shot at the sun because there were no more targets to shoot at..
Sadly, I do believe that Bounty Hunters aren't unfriendly with everyone. Says so here, here, and here. :rtfm:

Edit: After seeing the video once I also realize now right at the beginning: They were shooting at the Kusari Navy too.

@reavengitair: Ahh. I see. Okay. Still kinda weird how they shot at EVERYONE though. Haha.
@sindroms: Because I can't afford anything else yet. I'm gonna grind and get rid of those pirate weapons. Plus I've got a Freelancer ID sooo.. I dunno. Still, I'm working on getting rid of the pirate weapons. I just need some money first.:haha:

Edit: @sindroms: Since that video I've gotten rid of the Veggie and Usiel. Just logged in to double check. Civi ship with a couple of Civi weapons. I'll double check it tomorrow. Too tired. Need sleep. Anyways if anybody else wants to just mention what it could be please do so. Because again, I really don't see the whole "Bounty Hunter frag everyone" working out too well for their business.:haha:
