As a consequence of the Reapers of Sirius abandoning the Outcasts to follow their own "path", during the Role-Play they became enemy with the RHA also known as Red Hessian Army. After a bunch of Role-Play events, this later evolved to: All Rheinland Unlawfuls went hostile with the Outcasts (at least if they enter their space).
Now the question is, is the Falcata sold there because the Outcasts and the sellers were once in good relations?
Or is it sold there because it's a borderworld ship?
If it's number one, then it needs to be removed from sale there, if it's two, then you're right.

Very good question. And that I don't know. I asked Blodo (Leader of RHA) and he said the Falcata was Borderworld. The Smokeone don't really do anything that could affect relationships with other Factions without asking clearance from Blodo (since he is the leader of RHA). So in essence, he is the OOC Boss of us.
But none of our actions should not and can't be put on his shoulders. We are still responsible for ourselves.
Mhm I wonder about one more thing..When rheinland unlawfuls and Outcasts are now hostile to each other..what keeps the Outcasts and their cardamine out of Rheinland?
A revolution without dancing is a revolution not worth having

The low demand? Expanding their market in Liberty would yield them much more cash than establishing one in Rheinland.
Not to mention the danger which comes from Cryer and their Synthetic Cardamine, which is in development. And we learned in economy: a market exists, when offer and demand meet. Rheinland people do not need Cardamine, we have Strudel.

Hessians and Rheinland Unlawfuls alike can buy and use the Falcata, since its sold on their allied Bundschuh station.
Sounds pretty reasonable to me. And if you look at wiki, you can find this also: "The Falcata is a popular bomber for the Outcasts and Freelancers of the Borderworlds.
