Uhhh i saw an [RA] in sigma 13 so i got on my ]bd[ bomber and went to investigate. When i logged back on he had change it to [RHA] it was the same rank as well. So i doubt he had two chars. Can he do this? Im assuming its because of all the commotion about the RA
