Crazy idea space lazer light show

so i was sitting whatching 2 groups form a distance fighting it out and i started think how all the mine and lazer going in the distance looked cool

and thuse i started think what i could have a bunch of ace freelancer pilots and together and like a air show
but with explosions and lazer like crazy flying lazer light show
here my idea

i would coreograph a flight pattern for a team and train them to fly it with lazer's and explosions mixed in
(training mite take a bit )

question is would anyone ever care to see such a thing ?
and would any one care to fly in it ?

i would need to setup a small server for training so no one can see what where doing
then we do it on the server and have people have to pay so we will tell them were it will be and show times


what do people think ?

Would be a nice thing to watch. Maybe tone down how official it is, just announce it and ask for donations to keep the pilots flying them. Maybe just let the pilots improvise the flight path. The looser it is the easier the first few events will be to put together. If the pilots want to do an official flight plan, that can be arranged.

I'd participate, but I might have to set up a new character for it.

I used to play BF1942 on a stunt server, so all we did was airshows and stunt flying. It's a little more difficult with freelancer's control system, but I could still pull off some pretty cool stuff =P

if it was just a bunch of pilots improvising it would get out of hand may as well just whatch a space battle at that point and if your not carful those can end up right on top of you which is not a good viewing spot
