also if you leave them a message you dont get anything back from them unless its yet another sanction

Look again at your sanction thread regarding the ID.
You weren't sanctioned for not having one but sanctioned for not following it as it says.

Meaning:

1) I report you for flying a Liberty Dreadnaught with a Xeno ID on August 1
2) The report is processed on August 2 by Cannon, who checks your character. If your character then has a Liberty Navy Guard ID no action is taken.

Is the sanction in question, I believe, which concerns you neglecting a portion of the rules associated with your ID and acting in defiance of them and in server rules in general.

In addition we actually went beyond the call of simply sanctioning rule breaking actions to determine that you were new to the server to deliver a simple warning.

So. To sum it up.

You broke the rules.

We took the time to process a legitimate claim in addition to additional time spent determining that you were a new player.

We decided to not punish you at all, but rather to warn you that you should take the time to review the rules.

So you decided to post a rant saying that we're not doing out jobs.
