I will get to the point. I want 2 ships with JunkerGuard IFF and one with Zoner Guard IFF they all must be friendly/Neutral with Liberty and mabye Kusari and Outcasts.

Now i have seen reputation requests were you give me the 'Paperwork' and i pay like 5mil for each ship now this is my first time of doing this so i am not sure on what to expect could anyone do this for me?
