You can find em in liberty. The one I used was trenton orbiting manhattan. Can't believe someone actually asked.

There's Trenton Outpost outside of Planet Manhattan, New York; Saint Paul Base, Minnesota; Duluth Shipyard, Minnesota

The two bases in Minnesota were bought by KoF (King of Freight) but anyone is allowed there. Here at [*USI*] we are trying to set up some more bases. For anymore information regarding Universal just contact me.
