Dear Sirs,
The Order has served all of Sirius in defending her from the Nomad invaders. Liberty does not seek to punish you for your past actions. In fact, we are working on extending a general pardon to all members of the Order for any damage done, fines incurred, or tempers flared.
Will you not be gentlemen and reciprocate?
In fact, allow us to act first.
If the direct command of the South Alliance agrees, the DoD hopes to achieve a neutral status with the Bs|.
We propose that no SA ship will fire upon the Bs| unless directly aggravated. If directly aggravated, the SA ship will seek to find out the cause of aggravation before returning fire.
In addition, all Bs| vessels will be allowed into Liberty space w/o being subject to searches and scans, unless of course, they have engaged in suspcious action, such as docking with pirate bases or firing on trader.(Not that this will happen.)
If the leaders of Bs| agree, we hope the right what has been wronged in the past, and begin a new era.

Greetings, South Alliance.
We have hostility, for this reason. We are hostile for the same reason that Sirus Federation has allied you. For the same reason The Hellfire Leigon is attacking you. For the same reason The Order destroys all Liberty vessels entering Omicron Minor. Our own brothers history has made it so.
We are hostile, because my Order brother allies have chosen it to be. Liberty has come in to your system and attacked our pilots, so we have fought back. And we intend to continue doing so.

OOC: Nothing personal guys. I am just following NPC History and what I know of it. It was the reason why I first attacked SA in Texas. And then it unfolded in to what we are now. If you find something that will prove me wrong in NPC history, post away and Ill work from that.

EDIT: Yes you are correct, we do not engage in Alaska. But when in Minor, the stats change. We receive missions from our home battleship to destroy Liberty vessels. I think that shouts hostile to me.

OOC: Ok now I am going to go in to some history here. The Order has 3 MAIN enemys. Nomads, BHG, and Liberty. Thats how its always been, and I have no intension of changing that.
And well, I don't know about you guys. But I am enjoy these hostilities, were actually getting some REAL RP fights in.
OOC: None. I just want to keep the good RP fights going... Why would you want to end something that good? If you guys are just getting tired of all the fights.. Then ya maybe I will end it..
