Passwording the server?

I somehow just got lolwutted and obliterated by a Bretonian battleship while I was on my normal trade route for Orbital Spa and Cruise. I immediately leapt on to my new Discovered pilot and beelined for him, attempting to make contact. Found he didn't speak a lick of english.

I propose that we add a password to the server, and you must find that password by registering on the forums and achieving ten or so posts to introduce yourself and this characters. Because in Penn the other day, I also overheard this:

"Ya, this is a PvP servr. But some ghey ppl make u rite storeys to join clanz."

a high population and playerflow is the blood of the server. - and i d rather be ... as you say ... being lol-wutted by a bretonian battleship every now and then ... before i am forced to play on a pw server with only 20 players.

It's a fable that passwored servers don't get players.

I used to play on Asylum51, which was passworded, and was quite regularly full.

That being said. It isn't going to happen, for some odd, silly, reason.

This is pretty much the end of the Story... in the end, Igiss is the final say, and much like cloaking devices, Igiss have been very, very clear on this one.
