<div align="right]...then this is the event for you.
[color=#FFFFFF][font=Century Gothic]
..:The Starflier's race:..
The idea is to go around Sirius in a maxed-out starflier, and try to survive.
[font=Book Antiqua]Race Course:
The course will be the following one:
<div align="center]
Planet Manhattan, NY -> Connecticut -> Alaska -> Omicron Minor -> Omicron Delta -> Unknown -> Omicron Gamma -> Omega 41 -> Omega 11 -> Omega 5 -> Omega 47 -> Omega 49 -> Dublin -> New London Docking Ring.
You can see that the race goes through all the tough places. And also through the radiation-filled systems of omega 11 and 41. That is where skill and support jumps in.
It is possible to do it with no support at all. I've made it before. But you with no support, a pit stop is required in the middle to restock bots. And that is time consuming.
I will be supervising the race. Having Cameramen would be nice. And another Admin/moderator to help me organize the event.
[font=Book Antiqua]Rules:
Use of TL is allowed. Player-caused TL disruption is not. Beware, as TL can be disrupted by NPC. and as not all players enter the TL at the same time, the NPC-caused disruption that caught the first ones might not caught the last ones (As the TL regenerates). Hence, you can loose the race because of that.
Racers will be full red with all factions, except the lawful factions at the departure and arrival system. That does not includes support ships.
All that can be mounted on a Starflier is allowed, except an armour upgrade.
Players can't kill / shoot each other.
Support ships must travel no closer than 5k from the racers.
Players can't get help from other players outside of the team.
The racers can't race solo. A faction Scuderia Is required. (For example, the Scuderia SF, Scuderia AW, Scuderia IND, etc...). But no more than two racers for the same team are allowed.
Cheating, Modding, is not allowed. Contenders found cheating will be disqualified, and also fined with 30+mill credits, as usual.
The racers can make pit stops (read, docking and repairing / restocking). But remember: that will take valuable race time from you. So doing it very quickly is essential.
[color=#3366FF][font=Book Antiqua]Teams:
A team can be formed by:
Up to two racers.
A cruiser as a support ship. That can make the navigation job for the racers. Like pointing the racers on the right direction to jump holes, carrying bots and batts as hot spares, etc.
[color=#FFFF00][font=Book Antiqua]Prizes:
The prizes will be:
[color=#FFCC66]1st
team to get a racer to dock the Ring: 200 Million credits. And the gold trophy! 2ndteam to get a racer to dock the Ring: 100 Million credits.And the silver trophy! 3rd team to get a racer to dock the Ring: 50 mill credits. And the bronze trophy! 4th and so on... 10 million credits. [font=Book Antiqua]Joining:
To join, you can register your team here.
[font=Book Antiqua]Date:
The event will take place the Saturday the 14th, at a time to be determined. To give time to be prepared...
[font=Book Antiqua]Names and Misc:
Names have to follow this naming convention: [Scuderia tag|Pilot]Shipname (For example: [Aesir|Korrd]SilverArrow)
Each Team could make their own team logo... That would look cool.

I used the term Scuderia because it is used in the F1 Racing. But you can call it team, gang, etc....
The teams must be formed by a faction. Each faction has to prepare one team to run on this race.
The winning team gets the 200mill, the trophy, and the glory to his faction for having won the race.
