Your prison was recently raided by a corporation referred to as SiN|Tech. We did not know the ferocity in which they would attack, and wish to express our condolences.

However, this could have been avoided if you had responded. We gave you ample time, well over four days, to give us even the slightest hint that you had gone and read our demands. But no, you refrained from even that act of courtesy.

Now we have heard rumors that your ships not only entered Honshu but attacked traders along the Akita and Honshu path. That is an act that leaves me aghast. The prisoners on Planet Honshu must be exported to Akita Border Station to head to the Sigma Systems. The Gas Miners' Guild has been kind enough to accept these prisoners are workers in the gas fields. In return, Akita is fueled with plenty of H-fuel, which is then returned to Honshu.

You would disrupt this equitable deal? The lucrative agreements that we have?

I give you this last chance, FEAR. We, the House Kusari Naval Force, will be perfectly content with settling this seemingly unasked for vendetta. We will be content with, again, setting you as neutral. But you must give us a reason. Please! We don't want this any more than you do. So please, this time, respond.

I hope you will finally establish communications.
