Planet New Berlin. Parade grounds in front of the Rheinland Military Admiralty.

Dense snowfall and deep temperatures were torturing all present soldiers and Admiral Malte.
Only one man on the whole paradegrounds was smiling all over his face and feeling warm.

The Admiral made a short break.
[color=#00FF00]What you see here, is Rheinlands pride.
You have the honor to witness the decoration and promotion of a hero.
Not even this awfull weather can mask the appearance of my best man today.
His actions and his courage are shining through our whole Vaterland, even visible far over the Libertonian borders.
I am proud that I have been the witness of this pilots career for myself.

Admiral Malte turned around, facing a Flag Officer in the row.
The sibirian like snowfall made it almost impossible to recognize the pilots face.

Oberleutnant von Speer, step out of the row!
A man in an flag officer uniform stepped forward.

Soldier, you are the best example for all Rheinland soldiers, both infantry and airforce.
I have the honor to hereby promote you to my second Vizeadmiral.


Admiral Malte changed von Speer's rank insignias on his officer uniform.

Achtung! Honor the new Vizeadmiral!

All present soldiers saluted.

Furthermore I have consulted the Kanzler about Vizeadmiral August von Speers duties during his clamber of the Rheinwehr ranks.

The Admiral opened a little box and pulled out a rare seen ribbon.

Distinguished Service Ribbon
Award for constantly outstanding services for the Vatherland and the Kanzler.

Description: Special award for long-time serving soldiers, who contributed very much to the Rheinland Military. Should be combined with a bonus payment for the soldier. Only given in rare cases.

Badge:

Herr von Speer, youa re the first soldier who has the honor to be awarded with the Rheinland Distinguished Service Ribbon, for his special service for the Rheinland Vaterland and the Kanzler himself.
His actions have been way beyond the normal tasks of his ranks and I can only repeat myself here.
This pilot is everything our proud and strong nation represents.
Congratulations mein Herr.

Admiral Malte saluted Vizeadmiral von Speer again, shook his hand and turned around to the present soldiers.

I want to quote the Bretonians due to this occasion.

"A celebratory is nothing without her Majesty's finest men and some barrels of beer."

We dont have her Majesty's finest men as guests, but we have the barrels of beer!
