Crazy mission

I took a 990 k mission with my legate in hope ti fight some Dessies but All that was was 5 Hammerheads and 4 Corsair OSIRIS came to assist me . WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?

Wierd.

The order missions are wierd too, I take a 900k + mission and only get fighters.
There was only like 50 players on at the time:(

Obviously NPC's are now capwhores as well.

They didn't need to make the Capital/Fighter Ratio even.

Blasted Lolwut NPC's. Almost as bad as the real deal.

Wow, quite a mission. That "backup" would probably do more friendly damage then killing those fighters.

That reminds me, nothing about missions was changed in the update, right?

I had a fun lvl 40 530K Corsairs assasination mission in Omega 15 yesterday. Netted my Thresher character 7 Million in credit cards, plus a full load of H-fuel, prisoners, and corsairs pilots.

Mission took place in the yellow smudge north of Rostock, first wave was 6 Titans and when the last one tried to escape, the next waypoint contained my target in an Osiris, with his 3 wingmen in Osiris too.

Sniping the wingmen one at a time from 2.1K brought in two waves of support in the form of Titans, and a roaming wing of 3 additional Osirises. After taking care of the fighters, and dispatching the remaining wingman Osiris, it was just a question of CD'ing each of the roaming Osiris's one at a time, then dispatch them, before finally dispatching the target Osiris.

Yes, it took about 1 hour for that mission, but it netted me more than 10 million in total with mission pay, and loot.
