I was exploring the Omega 52 system, and found two planets. They are planet Praia and planet Fogo. These names are translated, in plain portuguese, as planet Beach and planet Fire. Assuming that the guy who created the system knowns portuguese or spanish, I was just curious as for the reason why he put these names. Planet Beach. Maybe it can be opened for tourism?
Lol Posably it could be the Next home of the Spar and Cruse:D

Go to Google Maps and look for Cape Verde. It'll be clearer.
If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor

Ah, now I understood. Is based in Cape Verde islands, in the African coast.
Some research can already be conducted by Orbital Spa and Cruise. The planet is arid, but still we do not known its atmosphere. Maybe a biodome can solve things there. Yes, papers can be arranged for a full ground colonization. Of course, knowing that OSC sell drugs behind the curtains (synthetic marijuana), some deal can be conducted for covering a cardamine production facility in the planet, managed by their "enemies", the outcasts. Alliances of convenience you known *one more hundred lines of flames*. But perhaps this facility can be put in the asteroid field, outside the planet, and research can be conducted to search for some jump hole there that can bring us directly to some hessian enclave, to facilitate the transport of the drug.
The system is bought by SCRA. I'm designing it, no Spa & Cruise there.

Templar, that doesn't change anything.. IMG are the closest thing to Zoners other than Zoners themselves. Neutral to very many, hostile only to a few, allied to only a few.
SCRA grabbed a base from the two most neutrality-following factions, then plopped them into a system, now control them, while SCRA is the exact opposite of those two factions. People complain about AW, at least we try and act like our host, SCRA just grabbed who they liked and plopped them into the system, not caring about the RP of it.
Yes Dab, we're horrible... Actually, we've got those bases because they're the ones NOT hostile to Xenos, and a Xenos base in the south is really out of RP. Now, drop it, or find another thread.
To answer Templar, we've got IMG, Corsair, and Zoner bases in there. The IMG Base is a shipyard, the Zoner one is the existing one, with more details on the infocards. The corsair is a BS, thats currently in an ongoing war with the IMG in the system. Lotsa shooting:P
