I am referring to the Joker and his goons.

Hail, this is madame twanky captain of the Luxury Brothel "Bordel.d'Luxe-Tortuga" we are a privately run L-584 Luxury Liner and although we act under the banner of Orbital Spa and Cruise we are loosely affiliated with them due to the Confidential Nature of what happens aboard the Tortuga and her said Clientel!

Nevertheless while headed back from a Party we were hosting on orbit about Planet Erie we recieved intel that the Notorious Pirate [BLS]Maltese.Fury an Outcast Pirate transport and taxing ship was in the California System.
After some scouting we tracked the Maltese.Fury within the vicinity of a previously unknown Rogue Base.

As such said target was engaged and destroyed, please feel gratification that we in the "leisure" industry can hit back against those who would do our customers harm!
Tortuga requests that you forward any outstanding payment to Bordel.d'Luxe-Tortuga, below youll find guncams as confirmation of kill on said Offel.

Bonsoir M'sieur I must protest this person is a hero among thieves and has himself on many occasions executed many OSC Staff during acts of piracy. Do you not feel pride that members of OSC are hitting back in the name of justice? How can Spa and Cruise delegates not be rewarded for their brave actions, we demand payment for putting this stinking Uffel of a pirate in the ground!
If we do not receive payment for this kill all OSC and PanGal Staff will denied access to Services aboard le Tortuga and I can assure M'sieur we hold much sway with OSC union officials as they regularly frequent the bars and private pleasure rooms aboard le Tortuga, Im sure you do not want a strike on your hands not as the holiday season approaches. Do not forget we are employees of OSC too....

We shall be blunt.

We do not award bounty payments to captains who endanger their lives and the lives of their passengers on foolish suicide missions.

Firstly, your actions were not brave, they were idiotic. The duty of a passenger liner is not to hunt down dangerous criminals, it is to safely ferry passengers to their intended destinations. Chasing a pirate who is known for his extreme violence into a Rogue-infested asteroid field, even right up to a Rogue base, could have been disastrous.

Secondly, you did not read the specifications on the bounty. The reward for Outcasts is, and always has been in the Sigma-19 system ONLY, UNLESS demonstrable proof can be provided that said Outcast was actively engaged in piracy of a Spa and Cruise vessel at the time.

Even then, if you successfully fend off a pirate, you go on with your cruise. You do NOT chase him down.

In short: Read the fine print and leave the bounty hunting to the professionals.
